Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. Tile Credits) if we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

• explicitly agreed that we begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• confirmed that you are aware that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.

When purchasing Tile Credits, you explicitly confirm before completing the purchase that you agree to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal thereby expires. This consent is stored with a timestamp.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay by email.
